Product development has a high place value at Baak. Not just the own range but also company specific developments are conceptualised in-house – from the sole to the upper – from the idea to serial production.

Permanent market observation
New products are not created overnight. Baak closely watches the supply markets of the shoe industry with regard to new and further developments as well as technologies of the future and alternative materials.
The main focus is not only protecting the feet but also a continuous improvement of the wearing comfort and maintaining the health of the musculoskeletal system.

This theme is particularly close to our hearts. As a result of the increase in personnel in our technology department we are not only in a position to monitor the implementation of our new developments in series production, but also with our technical shoe-specific expertise to ensure at all times and at every production location that every shoe produced fulfills the high quality demands we place on materials and workmanship. The satisfaction of our customers is our guiding principle.
